Insurance     Under Insurance Act, 2001 and Insurance Regulation, 2001, the Financial Services Commission is responsible for the supervision of life, general and health insurance companies and intermediaries.  This supervision will be directed from the Insurance Division of the Commission.

Securities    Under the Securities Act and Unit Trust Act the Financial Services Commission is responsible for the supervision of all brokers, securities companies and their representatives.  This supervision will be directed from the Securities Division of the Commission.

Pensions     Under proposed legislation, the Financial Services Commission will be responsible for the supervision of privatepension arrangements, trustees, investment managers, and administrators.  This supervision will be directed from the Pensions Division of the Commission.
