The panel which consisted of the Executive Director of the FSC, Brian Wynter (seated far left ), Wain Iton General Manager, JSE, Monica Brown of the BOJ and Winston Carr, CEO of  JDIC listens intently to  Bernard Richards, Complaints Coordinator at the  FSC as he explains to the audience the intricacies and importance of filing an insurance complaint.

The audience listens attentively as each presenter takes the opportunity to explain their organization’s role in the financial industry.

The presentations were well received by members of the audience as there were many questions being made to the panel.
