Publications, Guidelines and Bulletins

It is the mandate of the FSC to protect users of financial services in the areas of insurance, securities and pensions, by fostering the integrity, stability and health of the financial sector through the efforts of competent and committed employees.

This will be accomplished in part, by keeping the pension stakeholders updated on expectations and obligations as are required by the pensions legislation. The FSC believes that the more informed persons are, the better they will be in carrying out their functions.
