FSC Jamaica Logo

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) is Jamaica’s integrated supervisor and regulator for non-deposit-taking financial services. Its mandate includes the regulation and supervision of the securities, insurance, private pensions, and trust and corporate services provider industries.
