In her capacity as Senior Director – Securities, Ms. Blair will be responsible for the development, and administration of regulatory and supervisory programmes as prescribed under the Securities Act. Ms. Blair is a Chartered Financial Analyst with approximately twenty (20) years of experience in the securities industry, this includes financial regulation, product and transaction development, and financial advisory services.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies. Prior to Ms. Blair’s appointment with the FSC she was Senior Manager Capital Markets at Scotia Investments Jamaica Ltd.
