The Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) wishes to advise the public, pursuant to its powers under section 68(1A) of the Securities Act, that Sprint Financial Services Jamaica Limited is not licensed by the FSC to conduct securities business in Jamaica and is not registered with respect to the issuing of any securities in Jamaica.
