TAKE NOTICE THAT in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Financial Services Commission (Commission) under section 78 (c) of the Insurance Act, 2001 and of every other power hereunto enabling, the Commission has cancelled the registration of Associated Owners Insurance Brokers Limited as an insurance broker effective July 4, 2019 as the company has ceased to conduct insurance business.
