How to Contact The FSC to File Complaint?

You may also fax your letter of complaint to (876) 926-3919 or send us an email at complaints@fscjamaica.org. The FSC does not customarily handle complaints made orally, however, you may contact us via telephone toll free at 1-888-372-4357 or via (876) 906-3010-2 for further information.

Note: – If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an investigation or the actions of the FSC’s staff during the complaints handling process, you may raise this issue by submitting a written complaint addressed to the Executive Director of the FSC, who will conduct further review and advise you of the FSC’s position.
