Alicia Lynch is an experienced human resource professional with over 10 years of expertise in strategic HR management and organizational development. Since joining the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in June 2020, she has led the implementation of human resource solutions that support the Commission’s strategic goals and operational efficiency.
She previously held leadership roles at Jewel Paradise Cove, Sunset Jamaica Grande, and Fitch Ratings UK. Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) UK. She is also a certified mediator with the Dispute Resolution Foundation.
